Playa Del Carmen is thirty minutes south of the modern airport at Cancun.
Shopping, dining, and twon are just a short walk from either property, and in case you want to venture fiurther, Tulum, Xcaret, Xel-Ha and many other day trips are close by. The island of Cozumel is a 45 minute trip by ferry.
