We prefer that you pay for by check or money order. A 50% deposit is required to secure a reservation, with the balance paid 45 days prior to you arrival. 14% Tax is not included in rates. A $250 security deposit is collected at check-in and will be ruturned to you after the check-out inspection, provided no damage has been caused by you or your guests. When cancellations are made more than 60 days prior to your arrival date, a full refund of your payment/payments will be made. If you cancel your reservation 30 to 59 days prior to your arrival we will refund half (50%) of your payment/payments. There is no refund available if you cancel your reservation less than 30 days from your arrival date.
Maid service is three times per week with additional days arranged at $20 per day. No service on Sundays or Mexican Holidays. No pets or smoking are allowed on property. Maximum occupancy includes children of any age, no additional guests, no exceptions. All rentals are subject to Mexican laws and regulations. Water and elecricity are precious commmodities, please conserve both by shutting off air conditioners when not using bedrooms and when leaving the premises. Air conditioning found running with windows or doors open will result in forfeiture of security deposit. Use common sense and lock all doors and windows when leaving the premises.
Directions from Cancun airport, service phone numbers, entry and security procedures will be sent two weeks prior to your arrival. Please remember to bring this information with you.
